You get one fixed, transparent monthly price with no hidden extras. Your rent covers all your space, electricity, facility Wi-Fi, and access to loading and unloading equipment.

We keep things completely flexible with no long-term contracts tying you down. We operate on a straightforward month-to-month basis: you pay for your first month upfront, and then roll on a simple monthly agreement thereafter. You are free to stay as long as you like or move on when you need to.

Our standard duplex units offer approximately 270 sq ft of total usable space split across two floors (roughly 5m x 2.7m footprint with a 5.5m ceiling height). Because the building features modular partitioning, taking out dividing walls is quick and easy. If your business grows, you can easily double or triple your space by expanding into adjacent units.

You have 24/7 access to the facility, 365 days a year. Whether you need to unload stock early in the morning or prepare a vehicle late at night, you can work entirely on your own schedule.

Security is a top priority. The premises are fully gated with 24-hour on-site security personnel, full CCTV coverage across all internal and external areas, and PIR-alarmed storage sectors.

Yes, absolutely. Cedar House is designed as a working environment, not just basic storage. Many of our tenants set up desks, Wi-Fi, and workshops to run their day-to-day operations directly from their units. You can also use Cedar House as your official business address for mail and deliveries.
